Returning New Items:
Whether you're a cloth-diapering newbie or a seasoned pro, trying out a new brand or type of diaper can be scary. We want you to shop with confidence and that's why we offer free return shipping on new, unwashed cloth diapers (see below for information about returning used or washed diapers). Take the chance to hold the diapers in your hands, adjust its snaps, and inspect its quality before deciding if its the right diaper for your little bean. If you aren't 100% happy with your diaper, just fill out a return/exchange form and we'll send you a shipping label via email at no cost to you.
Please keep in mind:
- Valid for items shipping from US address only
- Items covered under this return policy include: fitted diapers, pocket diapers, covers, and shells. Does NOT include cloth diaper accessories that are purchased separately unless you have received written consent from us.
- We will email or mail you a shipping label from USPS or UPS based on the weight of the item you're returning. If you prefer to use a different service, we will refund you up to the amount it would have cost to ship the item via USPS (first class for items below 13 oz, priority for items over 13 oz).
- You have 3 days from the date that we send you the shipping label to mail the item back to us before we void the label.
- Please make sure that the item is packaged properly, as we cannot refund any lost or damaged items.
- You must include your original receipt with your order.
- If you return items that qualified your order for a special offer or discount, we will deduct the value of the special offer or discount from your refund.
- If your cloth diaper included inserts, boosters, or other accessories in the purchase price, those items must be returned as well.
- Any items that are not in brand new condition and in their original packaging (if applicable) will not be refunded.
15 Day Love It or Leave It Trial-Returning Excellent Condition Cloth Diapers:
You can return your cloth diapers in excellent condition (new-looking, clean, odorless, and stain-free) to us within 15 days of placing your order for store credit.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend purchasing insurance as we are not responsible for refunding any lost or damaged items.
- Please include your original receipt with your order.
- This only applies to cloth diapers and excludes cloth diapering accessories and other items.
- If you return items that qualified your order for a special offer, rewards, or discount, we will deduct the value of the special offer or discount from your refund and rewards account.
- If a diaper had multiple parts (ex. insert, booster, liner), then those parts must be returned as well in excellent condition.
- Any items that are not in excellent condition will be returned to you and you will be billed for return shipping.
Most of our manufacturers have generous warranties on their products. If you believe you received a defective product, please contact us and we will work with you to find the quickest way to resolve your issue.
